As our services are primarily professional consulting and digital solutions tailored to specific business needs, this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

1. General Principles

Due to the nature of our services (consulting, data analysis, and workflow automation), which involve significant time investment and the delivery of intellectual property, all sales are generally final. However, we strive for client satisfaction and will address concerns on a case-by-case basis.

2. Service-Specific Refund Terms

A. Consulting and Strategic Services
  1. Initial Consultation: Free consultations are non-refundable as no payment is collected.
  2. Retainer / Milestone Payments: Once work has commenced on a specific project milestone or during a consulting period, fees paid for that period are non-refundable.
  3. Cancellation: If a project is canceled by the client before work begins, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or setup fees.
B. Linkor Flow (Automation & Robotics)
  1. Refunds are not available once the integration or custom development phase has started.
  2. If the delivered solution does not meet the technical specifications agreed upon in the Statement of Work (SOW), Linkor will provide the necessary revisions at no additional cost until the specifications are met, rather than issuing a refund.
C. Linkor Talent (Recruitment Services)
  1. Fees associated with the recruitment and placement of international talent are subject to the specific terms outlined in the individual service agreement.
  2. Generally, once a candidate has been placed or the recruitment process has reached the final stage, fees are non-refundable.

3. Subscription Services

If you have subscribed to a recurring newsletter or premium data insight service:

  1. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  2. Cancellation will stop future charges, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle or for past months.

4. Refund Process

To request a review of your case, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our support team at info@linkor.us within 14 days of the service delivery or billing date.
  2. Provide Details: Include your project reference, date of transaction, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  3. Review Period: Our team will review your request and respond within 7–10 business days.

5. Exceptions

Linkor reserves the right to grant refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  1. Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges.
  2. Failure to deliver the agreed-upon service due to circumstances within Linkor’s control.
